The Balsam Centre offers services that are simple to access, enjoyable, and with benefits we hope will last you a lifetime!
We run various activities from health walks – long and short, buggy walks, a Men’s Shed, a Women’s Shed, games club, twins group, breastfeeding support group, baby and toddler groups, a café once a week, IT drop-ins and courses, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Hubbub cafe, Dementia group, youth cafe – groups for anyone from 0 to 99!
We also have other organisations that use space in the building – so the CAT bus is here along with the Health Visitors, and Citizens Advice Bureau come in every Monday.
