Home care, also known as domiciliary care or community care, is designed to provide you with help and support so that you can remain independent in your own home. We can help you with a wide range of services including personal care and domestic support, as well as providing company on trips out, taking you to appointments, assistance with hobbies, a bit of support with the weekly shop or help around the home.
Our services help our clients remain in their own homes for longer. Clients and CAREGivers are matched, and clients will always have the same CAREGiver looking after them. Visits last a minimum of one hour, as we believe quality care can’t be delivered in less time.
This client-centred approach to care meant that last year alone, Home Instead won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation, the Princess Royal Training Award, and for the third year running Home Instead were the Laing Buisson Specialist Care Winner.
