Full Town Council meetings are held in the town's Methodist Schoolroom, starting at 7.30 pm. Dates for your diary for 2009 will be posted here shortly.Always check the venue on the Market House noticeboard as it can vary.Agendas for full Council Meetings are published a week before the meeting. As soon as the agenda is available it will be posted here and at the Market House, at least seven days before the meeting is held. This agenda will remain on the web site until it is replaced by the agenda for the next meeting.
The Minutes of each full Council Meeting are posted here immediately after they have been agreed as a correct record at the following Council meeting. For example: the Minutes of the May meeting will not be posted until the June meeting has approved them.
Planning meetings take place on the first Monday of each month and are generally held in the Pavilion at 6.30pm. Please check the Town Council's noticeboard outside the Market House - Planning Meetings are only held when applications need to be considered and the venue may vary.
