…….. is an email information service set up by the Town Council to inform residents of important issues as soon as they arise.
The purpose of this service is to ensure that residents can personally receive information from the Town Council such as:
- Reminders of upcoming events in the town.
- Issues relating to the town for which consultation is needed
- To ask for volunteer help either on a regular basis or for one-off events.
It will not be used for any other purpose and members will only be contacted if there is news, or views/help is needed.
The list of recipients will not be made available to any other individual or organisation. BCC (blind carbon copies) will be used at all times for group mailings.
Residents of Castle Cary, Ansford and the surrounding area are invited to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be put on the list.
